Ø Pad work: (all kicks are to be performed at waist height) Ø Single 45° kick, best leg 4 times, then other leg 4 times Ø Double 45° kick 4 times (instructor to control by counting) Ø Front leg turning kick (feet to the front, skipping in) 4 times using best leg, then 4 times with the other leg Ø Axe kick 4 times best leg then other leg 4 times
